Browser-based Excel to PDF conversion

PDFCook converts XLSX and XLSM workbooks to PDF without Microsoft Excel. Workbook data stays in your browser while the PDF is created.

Common cell values, merged cells, fonts, fills, alignment, borders, row heights and column widths are reproduced where possible. Advanced Excel features such as charts, drawings, macros, pivots and conditional formatting may differ or be omitted.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does it support old .xls files?

Not yet. This beta supports XLSX and XLSM OOXML workbooks.

Are multiple sheets converted?

Yes. Visible worksheets are appended to the PDF in workbook order.

Are formulas recalculated?

No. The converter uses formula results already stored in the workbook, because it does not run the Microsoft Excel calculation engine.
